Yep, that's what happen to me everday. Since i am definitely not a morning person, it's always a struggle to wake up on time and go to work in the mornings...LOL...the time to wake, usually around 7-8am is usually when my REM kicks in...LOL... so i keep on snoozing and snoozing... and sometimes, i forget too...LOL... then i had to mad dash to the bathroom, coming my hair coming out of our door, etc... and end up at work groggily till i have my caffeine boost...usually a cola...since i don;t like piping hot coffee..LOL... any funny or silly stories about this?

Sometimes, but not always. I can be a bit uptight and i'm thinking what's the point in setting your alarm a certain time if you're not gonna get up when it goes off, right? But obviously if you're a serial snoozer you should set your alarm earlier. Then again, my philosophy is, get the worst over with--if you gotta get up you gotta get up. Discipline, discipline, discipline! The funny thing is, I sometimes get up before the alarm even goes off! I used to have this cell phone that vibrates before you can hear the alarm, and the vibration alone can wake me up!

i'm a morning person. i mean i dont really stay in bed before 8am. when i set my alarm, i usually wake up half hour before the alarm. hahaha. i dont know why. maybe because i dont want to be late for an appointment and unconsciously i wake up before the bell rings.

I think this must be the convention on non morning people. Like the rest of you, I snooze after my alarm has gone off. It's like "Oh gosh, give me 5 more mins," but the reality of the situation is I always ended up falling asleep and stay down for another hour or so. Having done this, on an almost habitual basis, I make it a point of setting my alarm extra early so that when I sleep again, I'll still be on schedule to get out of the home and gone to work.
