in countries, power interruptions are very common...this can cause harm to your computer and even damage some of it's components...now as way to prevent it, you have to use a UPS so that in case of a power interruption, you will have the time to turn off your computer properly...so do you have this kind of gadget or you just feel that it's not necessary to have a UPS..

There are not much power cuts at my place.But still,i keep a UPS for safety purpose.

there is no power inerruption in my city but in my country this is common problem.

You are right there Teddyfer, power interruption is a regular thing in my place and having a UPS is a must. In fact I am considering a step up transformer to be powered by a car battery so that I would have no web browsing interruption. A good reminder there man.)
