I am an editor of a magzine.I love my job ,but one thing is upsetting me: if i do this job for a long time,my future is limited.What shall i do?

I think it is a good work.If you think it is limited for ,you could learn some more ,and look for a new job you are intrested .Good luck.

Continue to work while looking for a new job. Continue to work while going to school to become something else. What is wrong with being an editor? I think that is an honorable profession, unless you want to strive to go farther.
