what price would you like to have if you have exceeded you works' expectation?? you may take your answer as your long term goal's inspiration... for me... 1 month paid vacation will do... so that after all the hard days at work you could take some time off and pamper yourself.. maybe a good beach with spa will work... how about you??

A raise. I would like a pay raise if I go above and beyond expectations. At the last company Christmas Party I was given plaque with my name on it saying I had gone above and beyond the expectations of my job (and I had). I also received $75.00 in gift certificates to restaurants. It was nice to be recognized, but it would have been nicer if a pay raise had gone along with it. Also, the plaque has not even been hung up at the office. I don't make a big deal of it, but it would be nice if it were hung up and not just sitting on a file cabinet. It might mean a bit more. It goes back to head office for the next Christmas party to be given to the next person. Maybe it will get hung up then.

well we also get plaque of appreciation when exceeding companies standards but on top of that we get electronic gadgets or home appliances too.. but for me a week paid rest would still be the best...

With the company I used to work for, they had what they called the Executive Club Award, and the top 5 that made their goals got to go on a paid vacation. (But I couldn't take my bf, because we weren't married.) I actually won this award, along with the Manager of the Year. The Manager of the Year being the top award for all 4 states... and all they gave me for that was a plaque.
