what tv brand is your bet..

there are so many brands of tv's that you may choose from now and they all look quite the same if you look at them.. there are cheaper tv's and there are reputable but expensive tv's... what brand would you go for??

I picked up a fairly new brand of flat panels LCD's by a company called Vizio and they are superb. Way cheaper than the other big name brands and picture quality is just as good IMHO. I got mine at Costco...heck of a deal
