Jeep Fare hike on May 21,2008

Wah! Is this for real? I mean is this bit of news already been approved by the board of whatever?or is it still just a law or petition going on? If this has become a law already do you know how much is the student fare?Im guessing 7 or 7.50. Wah! No!Another cent reduced from my allowance. Like I dont have enough already.tsk3 Im guessing thats for jeepneys right? So the fare in tricycles has been up to P6 or something close to student fare. Haayzz, I guess there's nothing I can do but to be even more practical with my snacks. Is this hike in transport fare a sign of our growing economy? I know that if the economy is good and we can afford more things or the exchange rate is good then the prices will go up because of the reason the economy is good and the people have more spending power and therefore they can afford to buy more things so the prices of products goes up. Or maybe the price of oil in the international trade has gone up. Well, whatever the reason, the country and the people are just getting poorer and poorer despite of statistics.
