Hey I just got these in a mailer and thought they looked pretty good....so I thought I'd post them for you diabetics out there (or if you're like me who have diabetics in the family) and maybe you can try this over the Holiday weekend coming up. 2-minute Banana Pie Cups 1/2 banana, thinly sliced 1 pack (0.74 oz) Lorna Doone 100 cal pack shortbread cookie crisps, divided 2 Jello-O Vanilla Sugar free reduced cal pudding snacks 2 tbsp thawed Cool Whip sugar free whipped topping For each dessert: Layer half each of the banana slices and cookie crisps alternately with 1 pudding snack in a dessert dish. Top with 1 tbsp of the whipped topping. 150 cal, 3.5g total fat, 31g carb Berry-Orange Sunrise Smoothie 1 tub Crystal Light sunrise classic orange flavor sugar free drink mix 1 cup cold water 1 cup chopped frozen strawberries 1/4 cup fat free milk 2 tbsp breakstone's free or knudsen free fat free sour cream Add drink mix to water; stir until mix dissolves remove 2 tbsp of the prepared drink; add to blender. Reserve remaining prepared drink mix for other use Add remaining ingredients to blender; cover and blend on high speed 30sec or until drink is thickened and well blended. Serve immediately. 110 cal, 0.5g fat, 22g carb 2-minute Tiramisu 2 tsp general foods international sugar free suisse mocha 2 jello-o vanilla sugar free reduced cal pudding snacks 1 pack (0.74oz) lorna doone 100 cal packs shortbread cookie crisps, divided 2 tbsp thawed cool whip sugar free whipped topping for each dessert stir 1 tsp of the flavored instant coffee into 1 pudding snack; sprinkle with half of the cookie crisps Top with 1 tbsp of the whipped topping. Repeat for 2 dessert. 130 cal, 4g fat, 25g carb Well, I know I am going to try at least the banana one this week. And I hope you all find these helpful, because anyone with diabetes or knows someone with diabetes knows it is hard to deal with watching others always eat the good stuff.
