Does Bananas increase weight???

When I was attending gym, I used to have protein (natural) coctail with milk and bananas, as it was advised by my trainer. With me it was the case to gain weight, with natural methods and food only, cobining with fine trainings. So I think bananas are ok, but remember to combine different foods with nutrients and vitamins it consist of. Integrated ('package') approach is the best for almost all cases.

What I mean is that the bananas are good source of additional nutrients, but it is not good idea to eat bananas ONLY! As well, I am not sure, but have heared that bananas contain starch, what is not harmful, but in large quantities is not preferable as it my cause some sediment in organism. But in reasonable quantities bananas might only help body to gain important nutrients and even some weigt. But. as always, it depends on the body structure as it may differ.

These yellow guys are full of carbs. But unless you are on a low-carb diet then they won't be too fattening unless you eat a whole lot of them. Actually one of the things babies will always eat under pretty much any circumstance is mashed banana which probably means that besides being full of potassium an dother goodies they are just great food!
