The energy consumption of swimming great. This is due to the resistance of the water while swimming is far greater than land-based movement of air resistance are laborious walk in the water, then swim swim will definitely consume more calories. Meanwhile, the water thermal conductivity 24 times greater than the air temperature is generally lower than the air temperature, which is also conducive to heat dissipation and heat consumption. Therefore, the energy consumption of swimming compared with running large number of projects such as land, so weight loss becomes more apparent.

It is ture. Swimming burns more fats and calories in people's body. In addition, water around the body can protect the body out of injury.

Hello! I think swimming is a nice activity. I like to swim, even though I can't swim like a professional. All I can do is to locomote myself in the water, without breathing, only by moving my arms and legs. I have always wanted to learn how to swim like those professionals, without having to stop to breath. It's something that you need to constantly be practicing, otherwise you end up forgetting it. It has been a long time since I have been in a swimming pool, so I don't know if I'll be as fast as before. Probably not. But I got the hang of it once, I can get it twice. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

I think swimming is great exerise you use all of your muscles when you swim especailly your arm and your leg muscles and that water feels really good against you. I have alway heard it is great exercise to walk in the water too. I love walking around in the swimming pool.

Swimming is very good for you, it is very good excrise and can have to tone yout tummy up and other areas of your body. It is good for you as you are excrisceing as many mucsles as you can at one time. It doesn't matter how well you can swim as longs as you enjoy yourself. It is a good hobby for all the family to do together, and of course it is also a very big skill in your life as you can save yourdelf from drowning or if a strong swimmer you can help somone else from drowning. Our family swim three times a week for fun and as an activity we can all do togehter. We play games in the swimming pool with floats and flippers and do our own races etc. Our children are all having swimming lessons to enable them to be the best swimmers that they can be.
