tea or coffee in the morning and why?

I've always had coffee in the morning. I drink tea at night. lol I drink coffee in the morning because it wakes me up!

I couldn't really tell you why coffee over tea. I prefer tea, but what can you really do? Add creamer I guess, lol. I like tea because of the differening and lighter flavors.

I used to drink a lot of tea in the mornings, hi haven't draunk coffee for about nine years. In the mornings at home I drink hot water to detox my system. I normally have one cup of tea in the morning around 11 o clock. Sometimes i drink tea in the afternoon it depdends if anyone makes it for me . If I am at home alone i tend to carry on drinking hot water. In the evening once my hubby has gone to work I do tend to carry on drinking water but cold water, it helps me work better on the pc and on the phone, as I work from home on a phone job. I do use tea leaves at home as I feel they give a better cup of tea

it has to be my coffee. tea just wouldn't cut it. believe me i like my legal stimulants in the morning. but it has to be fresh ground. otherwise it taste gross to me. I know..I'm pampered.
