Types of digital cameras

Hi! I only know 3 types of digital cameras. They are the point and shoot which is the easiest type to use. Theres not much of manual features so you literally need to just point at the person or object that you want to take a photo of and press the button thats all. The other type is the dslr or the the digital single lens reflex cameras. They're a bit more complex and a bit bigger. Better for the photographers and hobbyist. But for the average consumer who jsut want to take good home made videos then the point and shoo is the way to go. The 3rd type I know is the camera phone.^_^ They are probably the most popular and the most widely used since they are built in with your phone which you never leave home without(or at least some of us.LOL) They are perfect for the emergency photo moments when you didnt bring your digicam with you.
