I am really confused about it and i want some honest answers for the question. how many casinos are there in goa and Are they legal .... gambling is not legal in india so how come there are casinos in goa and other parts of india

i am from goa. i can assure you that there are plenty of cainos here. the most famous, or infamous rather, are the offshore ones. i am not sure on this whole legality thing, but as far as i know, gambling is legal in casinos but not outside. there is a lot of registration, paper work and authorisation required for these sort of things though

I also cannot believe that casinos are there in goa as in INDIA Gambelling is Ban . so how come there be casinos in goa?????
