IM 250LBS. and i dont know what lose weight method would give me best results...

what weight lost program have you tried and what has worked the best for you? maybe i can try that too...thanks

I used to weigh 180 lbs., and I'm now down to 115. Well, I had a LOT of problems to start with, got no appetite really. Plus, I exercised at least 1 hour EVERYDAY, guess I was a little obsessed back then. I also took diet pills (well, it's not BFAD approved here in the Philippines, I asked my aunt in the US to send me a bottle hehe). Super effective... Nevertheless, the most important factor is what motivates you. And of course, self-discipline. Good luck! ^^

I did weight watchers and it worked for me. i lost about 25 lbs in 12 weeks. its pretty easy to follow. i liked it because you could eat whatever you wanted you just had to keep within your points for the day. and they had flex points too, so you could do like family dinners and stuff and go over your points a little bit. they have another program now if you don't want to do the points way. you can check it all out at www.weightwatchers.com
