does your cat peck?

when you touch my cat a bunch of times in the area where the tail and body connect around there my cats head goes down and he pecks like a chicken. is this normal? does anyone else's cat do this?

My cat doesn't peck, but when I scratch him where you mentioned, he starts licking the air. It's so funny to watch. Cats are strange people.
