Does ur pms cause alot of pain?

Yes i was off my birthcontrol for a little while and oh my goodness the pain from cramps was horrible.. So i ended up getting back on birthcontrol now i don't ever feel cramps And i have sever PMS (pmdd)

I think I have especially bad PMS. Every month if I don't take pain pills immediately when it starts hurting the pain gets so intense that I get sick and cannot get out of bed for about a day. I really cannot function around that time of month if I do not have pain killer. It didn't used to be this way though.

Not something I would like to broadcast to the whole world thanks. Nothing so drastic tho.
