Dictatorship for sure! If India has to become a superpower, then this is the only way I think! Just look at China - there are no parties, no one opposes the government when they set out to do something. Here if you want to start a Narmada project to give water to millions, then you have to wait for decades to start off the project itself. How can the nation as a whole develop in these circumstances?
