I had a Dream/ Nightmare....Nuclear explosion in New York, Bush go's on

I had this really intense dream a little over a month ago. I was in New York City with my two brothers in my brothers apartment building, near the top floor of his high-rise building. Some sort of explosion happened and there was a really hot wind, with a blinding light. I knew what it was right away and told my brothers to run for safety, though I didn't know where that was, we were running through the building and got separated. Both of them ended up not making it through the bomb. After this it was discovered that some underground weapon sale had gone wrong, Bush held onto the presidency, and the nation collapsed into chaos. People were being arrested and it seemed like a war broke out or something. I hadn't been planning on going to New York at all. My older brother lives there, but my younger brother has been living in Florida. In the month since that dream, I have found out that my younger brother got accepted to grad school in up state New York, He is driving all his stuff up there and will be with My older brother for a week over July Forth. I found out a little after that, that my College graduation present was a plane ticket to New York City for the forth of July weekend, to be with my brothers. Now....I know that this was a crazy dream, but it seemed to come from nowhere, just to be followed up with unexpected events leading me there to be with my two brothers. I am now stressed about going to New York to visit my brothers all over this ridiculous dream! Has anything like this happened to you? I KNOW I shouldn't be stressed (right?) but I am!
