What do you think is the best place to migrate to?

My family and I are planning to migrate to another counry. What is the best country to migrate to in terms of environment, lifestyle and easiest & fastest processing?

I live in Canada, and I absolutely love it here. I think with things the way they are in the world today, almost any country is hard to get into, especially Canada and the USA. I know I am extremely lucky to have been born here.
