are you a businesswoman? how did reach your targets & how did you balance?

I think now the generation everyone is doing so many business so now woman is also working in different process so they came for marketing all other management fields so if your a woman so how can you balance business and how do you reach your targets on time so do you have any techniques for that one so this techniques will useful for another woman so if your a male so do you agree are they growing very fast in business sector.

It's all about planning. You must have a schedule and deadlines to stick to. Being a woman never raised an issue in my businesses until I had children, and my hours to focus on my businesses were reduced. However, without detailed plans and scheduling, I wouldn't have been able to be successful, no matter how many hours I could dedicate to work!!

I have tried a lot of selling before. A lot of perseverance, hard work, patience and have to be dedicated in what you are doing. Unfortunately, it was just a sideline job and time came I need to quit since I have to focus on my regular job, but, i still wish to do it someday!
