I am now starting to build websites, but i dont know what are the disadvantages and advantages of using animations. Is it advisable to use animations in page? Please give me some important tips in making websites? thanks....

While a little bit of animation is eye-catching for the visitor, a lot of it might be a distraction and it can easily get boring if the same animation is not changed from time to time. I prefer the simple website with good navigation and loads fast.
