How annoying is it when people request a friendship so they can spam you?

I don't mind have friends on MyLot but it seems that most only make a request so they can spam you, like AGWEIBAB did.
I get enough emails telling me that I won a million or I missed an inheritance, I don't need to start getting them here at MyLot.
I guess all I can when a spammer like AGWEIBAB does this is to delete them from my friends.
Do you do anything other than just delete these people?
Do you report them as spammers?

I have experienced the same thing. Not with the person you mentioned though. It is really irritating when people here befriend you just to spam you. I have deleted some of those who've been doing this to me. I never really went to the extent of reporting them as spammers.

Not really I guess you did about all you can do. I'm still new here as you know. I would think mylot had a way to deal with this? Don't they have some type of central command or someone in charge that you can appeal to? As large as this site is I'd certianly think so. One Garantee is, as one of your friends I'll never do that to ya! tdemex
