How long do you watch the computer screen every day?

My work needs the computer and I always sit before the conputer, and after work, I also go to the internet to read books, news, watch moives... So, I sit before the computer more than 10 hours in a day. And now, my eyes become worse and worse, and my neck is always ache. How long do you sit before the computer every day?

In weekdays,I spent approximately 4 hours on computer.While on weekends,it increases to 10 hours or so. I have a poor sight.And I am ready to cut down the time comsumed in front of the screen.

Hi, sissi320, I think me too stare at the computer screen more than 10 hours. I'm a IT personnel and it's basic requirement to focus on the monitor for my job. Sigh... Besides, I like to watch movies online, surf internet, chatting with friends.
