It's been a long time.

Hi to all of my mylot friends. I've been gone an awful long time and I apologize. I've really missed everyone and mylot. My multi-handicapped son has been in the hospital almost all year. He had numerous surgeries. He had to have a tracheostomy due to respiratory distress. He was on a ventilator for 16 days and they repeatedly failed to wean him off the vent. So now here we are with a trach to help him breathe. He also had a reflux correction surgery, as well as a feeding tube due to failure to thrive. So as you can see, life has been a little rough lately. I'm now receiving 16 hours a day of nursing care for him which is so very helpful. Now I have a little bit of time to log in and visit my friends. Well, I just wanted to say hi and I've missed you all so very much!
