should hangin be the death penalty?

if hangin was used for the death penalty do you think there would be less crime? i know a lot of individauls would hang innocently but i guess the good would have to suffer for the bad. rather than havin them sit around in a cel. there is this saying eye for an eye. if you steal only you mite get away from hanging but lose a finger or hand. do you think people will learn or cut down the violience?

I think that public hangings would cut down on crime. The general public is watching lethal injections. We need to hang people in the center of town and let people throw stuff at them...
