Exercise routines

How many of you have exercise routines? If so, what are they? How many times a week do you exercise and for how long each time? DO you stay home, go outside, go to the gym, or go somewhere else? Do you do it solo or have exercise friends/buddies/partners? Do you wear anything special like sweatpants or special exercise clothes, yoga clothes, shorts and t-shirt, etc? I used to ... But then I started working more hours and got lazy with my physical activities. I would usually wear a sports bra and shorts since I was alone in my house. I would work out for about an hour each time 2-3 days a week. It wasn't much, but I was more active in other areas such as a more active job than I currently have. I would usually do a few minutes of stretching and warming up, then more into some cardio to get my heart pumping fast and then a bit of resistance training with weights. I would throw in some sit ups and other tummy exercises, because that's definitely wher eI need most improvement. Then I would do a few more strathes for a few minutes to cool down. I just cannot seem to get motivated into starting another exercise routine. Even if I only do one day a week for an hour or so, I think it will be better than nothing at all. What do you think?

I go to the gym 6 days a week, twice a day two days, morning and evening. I ride the stationary bike for 1 hour and that burns 350 calories then I do the circuit for 30mins that's another 250 calories. I frink at least 2 gallons of water daily becase I lose massive amount of water during exercise. You should really get back to exercising even if it's one d day per week and work yourself up to additional days.

I do drink lots of water and have cut a great deal of fats out of my diet. I see your point, and you're right. Thanks for the encouragement. :)

Hmmmm... just think this way, you need to exercise so that fresh Oxygen will be pumped to the brain so that you can think clearly and that you will have a better disposition because the brain is our body's main switch. :) I am so into yoga, but I have done just once this week, and I am missing it. :)
