3 yr old abducted or not?

Ok an Amber Alert was issued on a 3 year old boy from Sacrmento Ca yesterday 4 hours after the fact due to the fact being the mother was not telling the complete truth to the police.
She said her husband(they lived aprt)tied her up and assualted her(raped).
That gave him enough time to get a plane ticket to Romania.
1700.00 to 2700.00 is the ticket price.
This is was a very well planned out event if you think about it.
The Police in Romania detained them for afew hours then released them since there was NO abduction since there is no divorce and they a still legally married so you can't abduct your own child and break the law.So the police in Romania said Sacramento Police dept must send them a Warrant in order for them to detain the father of the child however right now as it stands they are FREE to go whereever they please.

I heard a little about the Amber Alert while watching Good Day Sacramento yesterday. I was glad to hear today that the child is alive and safe. I had been wondering why while I was watching the news earlier that the father had been released though. Now I know. Thanks for posting about it.

No problem!
However the Amber Alert may not have been issued if they knew the truth fro mthe beginning and now it will be up to the DA to file charges against one of the parent's however the question is will it be the mother or the father?
We will all have to see how this one plays out, since she is from Romania and I am sure has dual citzenship and the father was born in Romania even though they have lived in the USA for 25 years.

oH!wOW!IM glad the their child is okay.Anyway I did not watch news a lot bcoz im watching our filipino channel,but in that case I would say yes he abduct his son bcoz he is planning to take the child out in the country without the mother permission.But in some state they have different rules so it might consider abduct it might not.
