Better not praise kids as "you are smart"!!!!!

Study shows that children who are praised as smart are less likely to make efforts in achieving things , for they know they are smart and success is something that comes by right ,and that only stupid kids are making efforts.
Learning this, some kinda horror fell upon me .And this was the first time I realized how powerful the words were. Maybe we didn't notice but parents's daily words just forms children's character in a secret way. Tense up, parents! Next your kids achieve sth, you can just proudly say " I see ,your efforts really pay back!"
Kids can not process some words or phrases as we adult's brain does. So think twice before speaking to him/e
Do you pay attention to your words while speaking to little kids? and any suggestions to other parents?

This is the mistakes that parents has been making from generations to generations. Yes they praise the ones that they think are smart and the ones who are not so smart are the ones that peruse life. Some children are motivated by their parents negativeness and when this happen they are the ones who becomes doctor, while the smart one stays home and tell parents that they are to cook, cleaned and feed them. This is what they says 'What parents have is mine so I want them to hurry and die' lol. This is serious tho. I am glad that the scientists are realizing this and talking about it. I am one of those child who was not consider smart but I attended Teacher's College.
Encourage children do not over praise them.
