Has anybody seen the ads on my PTC site about a randomizer (I don' remember the exact term) butthey ask for $1.00 and they will set you up someway to earn so when somone joins you earn.. Almost like referrals. Is this real? I mean we pay for referrals and all, so does this make any sense?
