This is my favorite dish from Deanie's on Iberville and I think Burgundy in the French Quarter. Yes I live in New Orleans. It is so good. The only downside is that it's only served on the lunch menu which is only available m-f, 11-3. Is there anywhere else that serves this dish? Do you have a Deanie's in your area or is it something we only have here? If you visit New Orleans make sure to order from them at least once. It is primarily a seafood restaurant, but everything Ive tried there was good and Im a picky eater.
