Chinese People banned from PTCs???

I have been collecting PTCs for quite some time now and I have seen some PTCs that does not allow people from China to join. Like in VIPBUX, there is something in their welcome page that says, " If we find out that you are from China your account will be deleted." ISn't that harsh? What made some PTCs banned Chinese from joining?IS there any history of fraud or something that led to this?

Maybe there are just too many botting IP from China so they might as well block the country lol. And yeah I guess botting = first reason, multiple accounts is second reason, and lastly they don't upgrade membership or purchase referrals, so that doesn't bring any income to the site =\
But yeah agree that it is harsh to see that message.
