How did you manage your stress everyday at work?

Oh!! that is the thing I would like to know. I am so exhausted when I get home. I even have no time for my kids. I have a baby of 2 years old and she needs my time but I can't give it to her. I am so tired when I arrived. How did other working mothers mange this? Hope you can give me ideas. Not letting me quit my job ha? no..no...lol. Thanks

Hi, I think everyone experiencing the same thing but the good thing is we should know how to balance work and family...then if its ur off have time to meditate what are the things can help you to lessen the stress...

Stress and Depression is one of the majoor causes of making disorders of the Human organs which brings disease to the body. Needless to stay that stress will be more for the 9 to 5 job( just obey the Boss )holders specially when they sit in front of the computer. Oh!! this is a good one. I just need time to do all these. You see? I am always late of coming home at night, because I will go to the net after office hours to log on to mylot. Then early in the morning I have to prepare breakfast for my kids for school and get them ready too. I will also report to work. Oh!! my !! How I wish I can follow this idea. Thanks for the nice suggestions. I can do some ot this anyway. Thank you.

Firstly I think you should get relax with phyche then you can feel less tireness.Second you should ask yourself why you feel exhausted.Is it really your work loading is too heavy or you do not like your work or other reason.I saw my mother colleague always like call her child when we finished lunch.They said it is a good way to feel relax.Maybe you can try it.

well work takes its toll.and you have to balance your home and office.and let me warn you here it is when you start getting exhausted you need to recharge yourself fully, which i feel gets to the back seat still you are young and leaving the job is no solution you must keep healthy foods and taking them at short intervals .the meals between the meals.fruits. juices and nuts included.try for a few days .your tone will change.
