Do you often say "never"?

Just now, i went through mylot's new discussion. i found that many people saying "i never do..." in their post, such as "i never drink cola." " i never eat kfc that stuff." etc. People often use "never" to express their determination of not doing sth. But is "never" alway can be never? when those people saying never, how many do they can really keep their words ? For me, "never" is not a often-used word. I always use "seldom" replace "never". Coz i find that i cannot know what's going on in my future, how can i be so sure about i really never do sth? And what about you?
