Here are some beauty and health tips for all mah sistaz!!! Aside from being rich in antioxidants which eliminates free radicals (things that make our skin look old and even make us fat and unhealthy) apples are rich in fiber and can reduce the cholesterol in our body. I assure if you go on a fruit diet with just one apple a day in one of your meals.. (an apple on breakfast rather than bagels or even dinner) you will lose weight in no time! Ive done this (ate only an apple for dinner) and I've lost a pound in a week! and that's not a miracle! so work hard!

Apple is very ok, as well apple juice is very healthy. But extra, I suggest You to add one glass of fresh grapefruit juice in the morning, extracted out from one big grapefruit, right in the morning. It will give You sprightliness, fresh feeling and considerable dose of vitamins.
