The brain and the heart, with out those nothing else wouln't matter or work.

Well, the brain, heart and lungs are pretty important. Remove any of them and you don't do so well.

The brain is probably the most important cause you can do transplants on every other organ except the brain. Once there's damage it's hard to come back from and if there's braindeath then there's no coming back from that.

I think that every part in our body has it's special function and I would have to say that every part is equally important. But if you insist on asking it will be the brain and the heart the most vital parts of human life.
