My boyfriend is transfered to work oversea for one year contract. I'm feeling sad and boring by not having him around. What do you do to keep yourself entertain while waiting for him? What you usually do when missing somebody so much? How to get rid of that sad feeling? it makes me feel very low sometimes..

good day... there's a lot of thing that can help you get your mind off of him even for a while. One thing, mylot, earn while you wait. hehehe. After work you can go to your girlfriends and hang out. Some of your time you can devote and list he things that you want to talk to him about, funny, sad and romantic stories you want to share with him. that's I'm gonna do to pass the time and before you know it one year had already passed.

Honey, try doing things to preoccupy yourself. Join a few online groups, pour yourself into a hobby, write letters to him, pour yourself into work, spend time with relatives or friends, do sports or outdoor activities, be creative with art, read spiritual books and watch spiritual videos/DVDs, etc. There are a lot of things you can do to distract yourself and try working on who you are as a person. Try chatting with online friends when you get lonely or having a quiet party with a few of your real friends when you start missing him.

Here are a few thoughts - 1. If you are a Christian - pray for him daily. 2. Exercise! Not only will the physical activity relieve some anxiety and frustration, you'll continue to look fantastic for when he returns home. 3. Write him letters! 4. Get involved with hobbies you already love or find new ones. Summer is the perfect time to explore painting, pottery, scrapbooking, sewing or quilting, bicycling, rock climbing, or anything else in which you might be interested. 5. Spend quality time with friends and family. 6. Read some great books! 7. Volunteer at a local hospital, garden center, or other place that needs help. 8. Grow a garden - veggies or flowers. I hope you're doing better today! Best wishes to you...
