do you take dinner fully?

i take full dinner if not i cannot sleep well.i do not know others if i eat half i was wake up at midnight.how about you

Yes I am able to eat my full dinner and able to sleep well after doing so...But if I don't than i am not able to sleep all to well I wake up hungry and have a hard time falling back to sleep... Though I am not a big eater so I a little for me goes a long ways.. From what I understand though people shouldn't eat until they are full it later makes them hungry again...

yes you correct.iam also same .so i thing many people have this attitude. thanks for the reply .but i prefger eat rice for dinner i eat balance rice of lunch
