As a freelance writer in the US, I'm interested to know how easy or difficult is it for folks in countries other than the US to use Paypal? The internet has made me realize that not everyone has an easy time earning money on the internet because it seems that Paypal is the 'universal' method of payment (well at least in the US it is). How do my fellow writers or internet business owners overcome the problem when paypal isn't accepted in your country?

Paypal withdrawal was our problem then since no bank in the Philippines is affiliated with Paypal. But now the problem was already solved and a bank now started to recognized Paypal as many Filipinos are earning online nowadays.

In Poland it is possible to withdraw from PayPal without commission if the sum exceeds 500 zlotys (local currency). As for loading PayPal account, it is not possible to do via a bank account, but I think it is possible to do with a credit card.

That's good to know. So that means that if you found an online opportunity that paid via Paypal, you wouldn't have a problem receiving your money in Poland. Thanks for your response.

it was really hard at first wehen paypal cannot transfer to local banks in the Philippines, but now they can already do that and it is a whole lot easier these days, just confirm your account(verify it) and add local bank account numbers.

In India paypal provide very good service. We can easily transfer our paypal money to our bank very easily. Now I am unverified paypal user so i can transfer only $3000 to bank. They have tied up with lot of banks in India. As a verified user we can withdraw as much as we can.Actually in India people are not buyimg things from ebay like online sites I think for that reason paypal uplift the limit of withdrawal for verify user.

Thats what I was wondering.. PayPal offers its services in India. I was experimenting to get my account verified and I saw that they got some names of National banks in India. So I do not think that the money transfers and transactions should take a lot of trouble. I still have to verify my account as I do not have one for the present. bourne

In which country to you live? So, if you get paid via Paypal, does this mean that you can't get your money? I'm a little confused about transferring money from one paypal account to the other. Suppose you got paid and you wanted to use the money to buy something, can you get the money?
