You breath through your right or left of nose??

Breathing on right and left side determines your current behaviour... for every one and a half hour, your breathing side changes.. Fingers in ur nose.. Feel it.. Right or left???

You are talking about yoga, right? When doing asanas we were supposed to make sure that our left nostril was active which meant that we were spiritually inclined. When one has just finished eating, the right nostril is usually active. Cheers!!
