Sandwiches are probably one of the most frugal meals we can create at home AND with so many different options out there, we can often create "bistro" style meals for pennies.
What's your fave sandwich?
Mine is a smoked turkey pannini I make at home ....
Smoked Turkey, smoked Gouda cheese, asiago cheese bread or 3 cheese bread - with olive oil used to keep it from sticking and adding a crispy texture to the surface... cooked on my "Foreman" style grill, topped with some homemade chipotle mayo!

I like the Subway Club with everythign except the jalepinos and banana peppers.

I'm not a huge fan of Subway, I must confess. I guess I can make better sandwiches at home, usually much cheaper too!

I'm a home cook - and not a huge sammie lover, but I can't pass up a fried Spam sandwich or a fried bologna sandwich!
