Why do males find it necessary to wear their pants under their butts?

Actually the real reason we wear our pants low is because we hate pants and if it werent for women wed just walk around without any pants at all because they itch.

Because males these days know nothing about being independent thinkers. They see some people dressing and acting a certain way, and in their minds, that's the way it should be. I am so tired of seeing some young boy's dirty drawers. If they're going to have their pants hanging like that, why wear pants at all?
