i've checked and i'm interested. however, it requires that i have a paypal account first. and paypal account requires a credit, right? What if i have no credit card and am not willing to have one? What other earning sites can you recommend?

oh, sorry. I've opened an account with Paypal without a credit card. I thought it is required. really sorry.

If you're from the Philippines, you could convert it to load or G-Cash

Actually thats my problem too but there is Xoom to get your money from paypal or send it to your G-Cash wallet and withraw it in globe telecom
