Hi, im turning 32 soon and im doing a lot of thinking where life is leading me and what were my fulfillment, achievements, disappointments and hurts for the past year or so and I realized that i was so blessed with all the opportunities that was given to me as well as the challenges for it made me a better person. Are you happy with what you have aswell?

to be honest, i am still dealing with issues of the past. and i am trying to move and be a better person. sometimes, disppointments can be so painful, it just simply blocks out everything, including the blessings that we have. i am trying to be thankful. i am trying to keep my hopes up and believe in the the positive.
i am 28 and i feel there are so many unfulfilled desires that i have. but a friend told me, ahem, to keep on trusting, and not give up.
how do you turn the negative to the positive?
