Laser tag is the perfect alternative for Paint Ball, or how i like to call it Pain Ball ;) The system relies on lasers instead of paint balls so there is no pain involved. Each games lasts for 12 minutes, and it is quite an active game (you don't need to be trained for it, but it is recommended that you don't eat before playing due to the essential running component involved in the game. It costs about 10 Ron in Romania (That means 2,78 Euros or 4,29 USD )I played it about 5 times in the first opened Bucharest location, and it was worth it. The arena is a dark room, full of tires and smoke (from time to time). The teams (5 versus 5 at least depending on the number of suits available at the Laser complex) must shoot the enemies in the key points which are located on both shoulders, on their belly and on their back; after being hit, you are temporarily disabled and that means you can't fire or receive fire for the next 10 seconds - after that you are good to go. During the game, a mine may also be installed that can give bonuses or explode to the player that kills it first (it too becomes inactive for a period of 10 seconds upon being shot by a player). At the end of the games, the computers takes the information from the suits and makes up the scores for the players. Ok, here is a little history from the LaserMaxx official site. LaserMaxx lasergame systems are designed, manufactured and sold by Multimax Electronics B.V. from The Netherlands since 1995. PAY-PER-PLAY FINANCING Multimax Electronics B.V. is the original inventor of pay-per-play financing. You pay a small amount for each player that plays a LaserMaxx lasergame at your location, instead of buying the complete system. This will save you much start-up costs and eliminate your risk when opening a lasergame venture. You are probably wandering where you can play this game ? Here is a bit of information from their feed that i received regarding their new arena openings: July 2007 - New LaserMaxx center opened in Trondheim (Norway). August 2007 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers openend in Sävsjö (Sweden) and Bucharest (Romania). September 2007 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Lübeck (Germany) and Ystad (Sweden). October 2007 - New LaserMaxx center opened in Saint-Germain-Laprade (France)LaserMaxx and Evolution-I traded for Evolution-III after 10 years in Heerenveen (NL). November 2007 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Huntingdon (UK) a LaserFun system in soft-play center and Reflex system traded for LaserMaxx in Svendborg (Denmark). December 2007 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened n Grootebroek (NL) and in Hoorn (NL). Nijverdal switched Evo 2 for a new evo 3 after 5 years (NL). January 2008 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Oksbol (Denmark) and in Uden (NL). February 2008 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Houdemont (France) and in Penza (Russia). March 2008 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Bucharest (Romania) and in France Polynésie (Tahiti). April 2008 - 2 New LaserMaxx centers opened in Zutphen (NL) and in Jerez (Spain). So after you read all this I would like to ask: What do you think about it ?

Now I can call you on your name... My brother Alex... It means a lot to me knowing your real name than your user name here. Nayway, why elitess? Does it mean something in your country? All I know is Elite which means the BEST or cream of the crop... does it mean the same with Elitess? Just curious... :)

Elite means cream of the crop here as well. It is also a name of a coffee brand, but i have no connection to that. It was my first counter-strike nick about 6-7 years ago. SS meant still single, because i was alone when i chose to add this 2 S to my nick - because elite was way to common here.
