I'm at three dollars at the moment, you can see how many posts I've responded to by referring to the numb in parenthesis. Honestly I am here for the fun of it. The money is an added bonus, though I do intend on trying to pick up referrals to make a bit more. I was doing the same type of posting and answering on answers.yahoo, until one night about a week ago I came across myLot! I have fully made the switch from answers.yahoo as it makes me so very happy to be making some money for what I do in my free time! If you are having trouble making money I would suggest the following: follow the rules, participate (make posts, respond to posts, rate posts, choose best responses etc.), and most of all find yourself some active referrals! This is the stage that I have reached. If only I could find 10-20 referrals that are as active as I am!

My dear you follow the rules but still there are persons who are not responding to your discussions. Yesterday I post two post and response to 30 and earn 28cents. I think those negative rating is really hurting our earnings.

I have to agree, you can't join here hoping to make a living. I am usually mylotting in my spare time. Right now I have spare time on my hands so why not use it to make a little spare change. It really adds up when you aren't doing it for the money. I have to admit I set a goal for myself for the month but if I don't make it I won't be very upset. I'll just try harder next time. As for how much I've earned so far. I am a bit over $20USD at the moment, this is for two months by the way.

I'm a little over 4 bucks now. And waiting. I've been trying my hardest to stay focused on my writing. Lately, I've been having migraines and it's been tough sitting here every day. I try to add to at least 20 discussions a day. Although, I should probably double that amount. And I need to write more discussions.

snicker...I have been here over a month or so and have earned 4.80. I need to know what qualifies as a quality post? I cant belive someone is reading them all. I think they might count the peroids or capital letter "I's" or something like that. What if I just posted complete nonsense?like my cat on the key board? Here is a thought, what if we were being rated my our english and grammer. Oh no spelling!†

The ratings system definitely helps. ^_^; I'm sure that if you posted complete nonsense, people would take notice and rate you negatively, so that the moderators would see it. I think a lot of the posts go on faith though :D Hopefully by the time people post 250-300 posts and reach payout they'll be so excited to reach payout that they'll know not to cheat the system and therefore cheat themselves out of a paycheck. :) I think that would be the case.

To tell you the truth, if I keep on monitoring my earnings, I got discourage because I am not earning much everyday. But when I concentrate on my postings and discussions, Oh!! I noticed that my earnings increased. There are times that I earned big like more than a dollar a day and there are times that I earned less than a dollar a day. Imagine that? if I keep on thinking about earnings and money I maybe had quit. Imagine? that? whereas when you work outside home you can earn $80 a day if you are receiving 10 per hour? but one thing I like in Mylot is you are free to share your ideas and learn ideas from others too which is very interesting. I am always stuck up to my computer, because I don't want to leave the topic I like without giving response into it. Happy mylotting.

No, it's definitely not a huge moneymaker for me! :) But I have 62 cents now and after these last couple of posts I should be up to 70 or so cents by now. As I've said before, I've been in forums where you were lucky to get .5 cents per post. MyLot is very unique in being able to give so much to its participants and I intend to be here for a long time! :D Best of luck getting 100s more posts under your belt! :)

I'm at 1.48 dollars lol. I'm here because it's fun. And if you want a site that you can make money off of, there are plenty out there, but mylot isn't one of them. But other sites aren't as good or user interactive. Also, you're not guarnteed to get your money from other sites, but you are with mylot :)

I'm at ?? mabe 46 and have 86 cents, but I didn't join to make $$$$ I just enjoy the conversation and enviorment. I feel if anyone one wants to make $$$ they should get a job! No offence to you, if you joined to make $$$, but, as you can see your not going to get rich here! Even if you are on here 24 hrs. a day you can't live off it. Good Luck in your future!!!!! tdemex
