I'm totally promoting these in my profile here at mylot as I am always asked about survey companies that are looking for participants in other countries besides the US.
Ipsos used to be just for US but is opening up to these other countries.

This is good news to those people who are looking for paid surveys. I have done a few of them myself but to qualify is difficult if your country is not listed. I hope many people get this opportunity.
