me for myself, being friends with such good celebritites in our country is such a blessing. You'll get to know many things that you wont ever get to know just seeing them on tv...
Most of all, knowing their personality and share same interests are really a fullfillment for me...
for me i really feel blessed being a friend of a very good bossa nova singer SITTI NAVARRO, the pHilippines QUEEN OF BOSSA NOVA...and of course JENNYLYN MERCADO, so much thankful knowing her in her time of struggle, being there for her in such time makes her feel that she doesnt have to worry because there are so many people that really cares for her no matter what happens...

WAahh!!! Si Sitti!!!!
I love Sitti!! I became aware of Bossa Nova music because of her.^_^ Please extend my greetings to Sitti and to Jennylyn Mercado too. Hope she's doing well. I havent been able to watch tv lately.
Anyways, I dont have friends that are as famous as Sitti is(LOL) but I do have friends that are starting to get exposure on tv. I always knew he would be famous someday because he's the whole package. He's still the same always fun and a joker. He's one of the tv hosts of the reformatted local lifestyle travel show. I dont get to watch it since its in the morning and Im always asleep during those times. Its ok with him. He has lots of 'fans' now.^_^
Yeah I guess with being a friend of someone famous, even when they are super extra famous you always see them as the friend you always talked to or your seatmate and not even the glitz and the glamour can change the way you see them. Unless all the star dust has gone to their head but when they are still grounded and just the old friend, they will always be your friend no matter what.^_^

^_^ Well, I dont really give out names but Ill give you a clue : its the Spanish of a word in the phrase "Hey Look at the Sun its finally shining on my life.." Not too subtle on the hints there.LOL^_^ Just trying to make it more fun. Do you go with Ms Sitti on her gigs out of the city?

well i would feel gr8 like anyother person but it would be difficult for us to carry on our normal life as being a celebrity means always being chased by media and paparazi's .meaning wht ever u do its gonna be news next day.so its very glamorous but not very good.but that doesnt stop our frndship.

yeah friendship doesnt depend on how hard or easy life could be....
nor the greatness or badness things could be but the great thing about friendship is...
that no matter what happens, even through struggles or happiness, you stay on each other's side...

I think it's a blessing just getting to know anyone. Just like a celebrity, you see other people, but don't know what they're like or what they know until you get to know them.
