My fibromyalgia really got me last night need advice.

The pain was very bad last night. It started in my elbow and went down to my hand. I know it isn't carpel tunnel because I was tested for it 3 years ago when this happened back then. I have regular pain as people with this usually do but the worst when it shots from my elbow to my finger tips. It woke me up everytime I rolled over last night as pain shot through my arm. When I was pregnant with my middle daughter this happened and my hands went closed. It always feels like it will close again when this pain happens. I used bengay and a heating pad. I also soaked in a hot tub. Anyone else know a good way to relieve that pain? It is better today but I am trying not to move it much so it doesn't flare up tonight. So any suggestions would be great as I really need to sleep tonight.
