Lose Weight

I was told by my doctor that I needed to lose weight, which I already knew, and it will require exercise and a deit/meal plan. My problem is that I am allergic to so many foods that I don't know what kind of meal plan that I can really follow. Most plans include fish, nuts, and carrots, which I am allergic to. Can anyone relate, or have sugestions on what I can do?

I have being on a diet have to cut out all foods that I am allergic to and the list is much longer then yours. You dont need to have fish, nuits and carrots for a healthy meal plan. Like... if you eat 3-4 meals in a day can you change it to 5 meals in a day and eat less each time. I eat almost 2-3 hours and cannot each too much each time and I know that help me to keep my weight. can start with walking as excercise first and then start with other things after you have got into the routine ^^ Happy Mylotting

I am allergic to ALOT more than that, thats only three of the ones that nutritionist says are the best to have in a meal plan that would help lose weight. I have started eating smaller meals often because I was only eating one or maybe two meals a day and a snack if that. So when I started eating snacks and small meals I lost 10lbs. I was exercising at night and I was following the same CD over and over, and I found out that when you do the same exercise routine for a few weeks your body gets use to it and then it us like you aren't even doing anything. So I'm trying to change my daliy routine, but it is so easy to forget. do you have 20 or more things that you are allergic to?

K...first drink lots of water.a glass a hour.Drink a glass as soon as you get up in the morning.Avoid fried food,sugar,Thats it. no need to avoid rice,pasta etc.Eat lots of fruits.And drink lots of green tea.It really helps.Also nobody can lose weight by diet alone.Start exercising.Best way to reduce is by cardio exercises like running,swimming,cycling.Best way to reduce waist line is climbing stairs.Good luck.I lost 10 kg in a month by above regime

My suggestion would be to add a lot of fruit and water to your diet. A lot of us underestimate the power of water. I can tell the difference when I drink extra water each day for like a week straight....hmm, probably need to practice more of it myself.

Fruits and Vegetables should cover those you have allergies with. You can also go with bread for snacks. It would be advisable to visit a nutritionist to help you out with what diet plan you can have everyday. My plan was really thorough from breakfast until dinner and helped me a lot to lose weight.
