What methods do you use to get motivated and stay that way?

I know to loose weight you need to exercise 3-4 times a week and eat healthy. My problem is getting motivated and staying motivated. I seem to be in a rut. Does any one have any good advice?

If you really want something then you have to work hard on it. "no pain, no gain.." If you really want to look good, then you should do something about it. you can't loose weight in a blink of an eye..and you should always remember that after you reach the desired figure you wanted, I think you'll become more motivated. goodluck and wish you all the best in loosing weight.
