If john lennon could secape the murder,can he make good songs?

I like beatles very much and john lennon is my hero.Unfortunately,he was murdered and the world lost a great star.If he could escape from that murder,can he make good songs?I am sure he will proceed making good song s and being popular all his life.

I think he still would be making great songs if he were alive today. He just had that kind of talent.
